Bachelor Of Fine Art: It has been incorporated unde laws of the State of New York since 1864 awards bachelor of fine art of Arts and bachelor of fine art of Si degrees. Its campus of 118 acres with 25 1 ings is valued at over $3,000,000 and its 5 budget amounts to about $700,000. Since I1 has been associated with the American G for Girls, forming one institution called 1st American College.
The undergraduate College of Arts and Sciences is for men only, but women are admitted to all the graduate schools .and to the professional undergraduate schools (Architecture, Education, Engineering, Commerce, and Nursing). The university's four-year undergraduate liberal arts college for women is Mary Washington College at Fredericksburg. George Mason College at Fairfax and Clinch Valley College at Wise,
both offering the first two years of undergraduate study, are operated by the University of Virginia.
