A Camera With Remote: The beauty of it, of course, is that you can watch your subjects until they show just the expressions or movements you wish and then release your flash. I feel, too, that it is very useful in dark places like night clubs and restaurants. Frequently I have set up a Camera with remote control in the corner of a room, seated myself at a Table some little distance, and released the flash, possibly an hour later, when everybody had forgotten about the camera.
An example of a remote-control system would be a robot on the surface of the moon that wa< guided from a control center on the earth. .4 television Camera on the robot would observe the position of the robot relative to landmarks on the moon—the measurement function. The output oi the television Camera would then be transmitted to the earth via radio waves and displayed to personnel in the control center, where commands would be formulated and transmitted back to the robot. The radio commands would actuate controls on the robot to guide it in the desired direction.
2007 GMC Yukon XL: This revised "professional grade" SUV couldn't come at a better time for General Motors. With new engineering, new styling and better projected fuel-economy numbers, GMC's new flagship SUV features powered running boards to make entry and exit easier, a remote start feature and even a rear-view camera. The Yukon XL makes its World debut in LA. |
